IDSA Invited to China Creative Design Week 2012

China’s Creative Design Week 2012 brought design experts together from across the globe. It was evident that, in China, design continues to play an increasingly weighty role in manufacturing. China wants to increase the impact of design on the success of goods manufactured in China and to further sustainable manufacturing processes.

The events of the week provided excellent venues for IDSA to promote the value of design, intellectual property and international property rights to benefit members of IDSA and the design profession at large.

The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade invited three IDSA members—Austen Angell, IDSA, chairman elect; Jeevak Badve, IDSA Central District VP and Megan Stanton, IDSA, Section VP—to participate as speakers and discussion panel members.
