About the Talk: Why are some currencies so colorful and others so bland? What does the design of money say about a culture? Does it influence the thinking and behavior of consumers? Is money a brand? Why do different countries have such different views on this basic tool of commerce? In this light-hearted exploration of money, culture, color and design, we’ll discuss ways in which we can improve our own design thinking and approach to color by considering the design of this everyday object around the world.
